Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Schwalm Inc., operating the 833-FIXED-RV service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you call 833-FIXED-RV, visit 833fixedrv.com (the “Site”), or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

Phone Calls and Repair Requests

When you call 833-FIXED-RV, your call is answered and handled by an automated, AI-powered phone assistant. We collect the information you provide during the call, including your phone number, your name (if given), a description of your RV problem, details about your vehicle, and your location. Calls and their transcripts may be recorded, stored, and processed so we can route your request, provide support, and improve the Services.

Information Shared With Partners

Because we are a referral service, we share the details of your request — including your contact information, the problem you described, and your location — with one or more independent repair shops, mobile technicians, or towing services (“Partners”) so they can contact you and provide service. Once a Partner receives your information, the Partner's own privacy practices apply to its use of that information.

Partner Account and Payment Information

If you register as a Partner, we collect your business and account information (such as your name, business name, email, and service details). Partner payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or bank credentials on our servers; we receive limited transaction information from Stripe (such as the last four digits of your card, billing details, and referral charges) to manage your account and provide receipts.

Communications

If you contact us through our contact form, by email, or through other support channels, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message, which we use to respond and provide support.

Usage and Technical Information

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you visit our Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate geographic location based on IP address. This helps us understand how the Services are used and improve them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Answer your call, understand your request, and route it to suitable Partners
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services and our AI phone assistant
  • Process Partner payments and manage Partner accounts
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Send service-related communications (request confirmations, account notifications, billing receipts)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Market to you — send you offers, coupons, discounts, and product or service recommendations from us and our affiliated RV brands. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (see Section 3)
  • Create aggregated or de-identified data (which does not identify you) for business analytics, forecasting, and improving our Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

Service Providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Services. Each processes data in accordance with its own privacy practices:

  • AI phone assistant and telephony providers — answering, routing, recording, and transcribing calls to 833-FIXED-RV
  • Partners — independent shops, mobile techs, and towers who receive your request to provide service
  • Stripe — Partner payment processing
  • Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and account management
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment

Our Parent Company and Affiliated RV Brands

We are part of a family of RV businesses. We may share the information we collect about you — including your name, phone number, email address (if provided), location, RV year, make, and model, problem description, and call recordings and transcripts — with Schwalm Inc. and its affiliated RV brands, including RVWaterFilterStore.com and Campaddict.com, for marketing and related business purposes, such as sending you relevant offers, coupons, and recommendations.

Marketing Communications

We and our affiliated brands may send you marketing emails — such as offers, coupons, and product or service recommendations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us (Section 11). Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages, such as request confirmations or billing receipts.

We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your information with independent repair Partners only as needed to fulfill your repair request (as described in Section 1), and with our service providers and affiliated brands as described above.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

On our Site we use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, including authentication and session management (so Partners stay logged in), security (preventing CSRF and similar threats), and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Analytics & advertising. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads on this site. These services set first-party cookies (including a “_frv_click” cookie) and may collect identifiers such as your browser/cookie ID, IP address, and a Google click identifier (gclid) passed from ad clicks. We use this data to measure site traffic, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising — including whether a phone call to us resulted from an ad. We use Google Consent Mode to respect consent settings. You can control cookies through your browser and manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings. For more on how Google uses this data, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect Site functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill your request, and operate our business, including call recordings and transcripts. If you request deletion of your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, regulatory, tax, or legitimate business purposes (such as financial records or fraud prevention).

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information
  • Portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Objection — object to certain types of processing
  • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us; this does not affect service-related messages

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 11. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for our processing is typically your consent, the performance of our services at your request, or our legitimate interests.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the third-party services we use may be located in various countries. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Site before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
