- Does this cost my audience anything?
- No. The call is free and there's nothing to sign up for. They pay the shop or tech for the actual work, exactly as they would if they'd found that shop themselves. We're not a membership, a warranty, or a subscription.
- Do I have to say it a certain way?
- No. There's no script, no required hashtag, no approval step. Say it in your own words or don't say it at all — we'd rather it came up naturally than got wedged in.
- Can I keep my existing sponsors?
- Yes. There's no exclusivity here and we're not competing for a paid slot. Keep every partnership you have.
- What if a viewer has a bad experience with a shop?
- Tell us, and you'll have a named contact to tell. We vet partners before they take work and we follow up on complaints. Jobs booked through us with a registered partner also carry a $2,500 workmanship guarantee and a $25 gift card — that qualifier matters, so please don't repeat the headline without it. Full terms.
- Is this US-only?
- Yes. The hotline covers the United States. If your audience is mostly outside the US we'd be sending them to a number that can't help them, which is worse than saying nothing.
- Do I have to link to you?
- No, and we won't ask. Your listing isn't conditional on a link back — mention us if it's useful to your audience, and skip it if it isn't.
