Why we started answering

For years, our parts businesses fielded calls from owners who didn’t need a part — they needed a person. A slide-out that wouldn’t come in. A fridge that quit two states from home. An AC that died on the first hot weekend of the season.

Pointing them at a directory wasn’t much help. Directories are lists; a list doesn’t answer at nine on a Sunday night, and it doesn’t know which shop actually works on your rig. So we put our own number on it. What we are, plainly

We’re a referral service, not the repair provider. The shops and mobile techs we connect you with are independent businesses — they set their own prices, do their own work, and stand behind it themselves. Our job is to answer, understand the problem, and get you to the right person quickly. For RV owners, that costs nothing: you pay for the repair, never for the call.

For repair shops, it’s the reverse of the usual arrangement. There’s no subscription and no contract — a shop pays a referral fee only when we hand over a real job, and we back that with a 4× return guarantee.
