For RV repair shops & mobile techs
More RV jobs. One flat fee per lead.
When an RV owner calls 833-FIXED-RV, every call gets answered — 24/7, never a voicemail — and the caller is routed to you by location, availability, and the work you do. No signup fee, no monthly cost. You’re only ever charged on a lead you accept — and we never take a cut of what you invoice.

Watch first
How it works, in about 30 seconds
If you fix RVs for a living, this is the whole thing — where the calls come from, what you pay, and what you never pay for.

Three simple steps
How it works
From a ringing phone to a booked job in three steps — with no upfront cost to your business.
- Step 01
An RV owner calls 833-FIXED-RV
RV owners dial one number when something breaks — appliances, slide-outs, roof leaks, electrical, or a roadside breakdown. They reach a live AI phone system, not a voicemail box.
- Step 02
We route the lead to you
Our AI assistant captures the repair details and matches the caller to the right partner by location, availability, and service type — whether that’s your shop, your mobile truck, or your tow rig.
- Step 03
You accept the lead, and that’s the fee
The referral fee is for the lead itself — charged when you accept the call, whether or not the job books. There’s no monthly cost and no cut of your invoice: quote and complete the work exactly the way you always do, and every dollar of it stays yours.
Our guarantee to you
Make 4× what you pay us, or we refund the difference.
Across every 10 referrals you accept and call, we guarantee you at least four dollars of invoiced work for every dollar of referral fees. Fall short and we make up the gap — no argument, no haggling.
Measured in invoiced work
Gross invoiced revenue on the jobs we sent you — not profit, not margin after parts. What you billed the customer is what counts.
Every 10 referrals, not every month
It's counted per 10 referrals you accepted and made contact on. There's no monthly quota to hit — if we send you fewer, the count simply carries forward.
You show the invoices
Send us the invoices or repair orders for those jobs and we'll match them against the referrals we handed you. No guesswork on either side.
You can't end up down money
If the work didn't reach 4×, we refund the difference — up to every referral fee you paid. The most you can be out of pocket is nothing.
The guarantee covers referrals you accepted and actually made contact on. Calls you never answered, never returned, or turned down don’t count toward it — we can’t guarantee work you didn’t take. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Don’t take our word for it
Hear it for yourself
Call (562) 999-7941 and hear it for yourself — the same line that answers every customer call, 24/7, and routes the work to you. Ask how partnering works, or have it play back exactly how we’d answer an RV owner calling you in.
Call (562) 999-7941Why us
Why partner with us
We built the model around how repair shops, mobile techs, and towers actually want to buy leads: pay for results, nothing else.
No monthly fees, no contracts
There’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to cancel. You’re never locked in, and a slow month costs you nothing.
Only pay per referral
You’re billed a referral fee only when we send you a lead — not for clicks, impressions, or a subscription you might not use.
24/7 AI call answering & routing
An AI receptionist answers 833-FIXED-RV around the clock — even nights and weekends — captures the repair details, and routes each caller to the right pro. You never miss a job because you couldn’t get to the phone.
Local owners actively seeking repairs
Every lead is an RV owner who picked up the phone because something needs fixing now — high-intent jobs near you, not cold prospects.
The work we send you
What RV owners call us for
Every call that reaches us is a real owner with a broken RV, and this is the mix of what they need. If it looks like your work, it is your work — we route by job type, so you only hear about the ones you take.

Where the calls come from
We don’t find you leads. We buy the customer.
Most lead services sell you the same name they sold to four other shops. We’re the advertiser — we pay to be there the moment an RV owner starts searching, then hand that caller to one partner. You.
We buy the demand
We run paid search on Google and Bing against the terms RV owners actually type when something breaks — “RV repair near me”, “emergency RV repair”, “mobile RV tech”. Those clicks are not cheap, and we pay for every one of them, including the ones that never turn into a job.
Built around your shop
When you join, we build the campaigns around you: your city, the radius you’re willing to drive, the job types you take, and the hours you actually answer the phone. Your coverage is the targeting — we aren’t buying national traffic and hoping it lands near someone.
That’s what the fee pays for
A referral fee isn’t a subscription and it isn’t a toll — it’s a share of what it cost to put a customer with a broken RV on the phone with you. It’s set by the size of the job and what those keywords cost to win, which is why the fee on a slide-out isn’t the fee on a leveling jack.
Our first Colorado partner has been offered 20 live customers since joining — every one a real RV owner who called 833-FIXED-RV needing help that day.
In a single week he accepted four of them. Our referral fees on those four referrals came to $255. He told us the work brought in over $1,100.
The math
A call is worth 20 forms. Here’s the math.
Growing your business is something you do — not something you wait for.
The demand is already out there.
There are more than 11 million RVs on the road, and dealer service bays are running about six weeks behind. RV repair is now one of the fastest-growing trades in the country — because there aren’t enough techs to meet the demand. An estimated tens of thousands of RV owners need help every single day.
The work exists. The only question is who gets to it first.
A phone call is a customer. A form is a maybe.
When an RV owner’s fridge dies at a campground, they don’t fill out a form and wait — they call. A caller is a decision-stage customer ready to book. A directory form is someone still comparison-shopping, and on most directories that one form is blasted to several techs at once.
Then it sits: industry studies find 63% of web-form leads never get a response at all, and the average reply takes more than a day. By then, the job’s gone to whoever picked up the phone.
The conversion gap
Illustration
- 100 directory form submissions→ about 2 booked jobs
Shared, slow, low-intent.
- 100 inbound phone calls→ about 46 booked jobs
Yours, live, ready to book.
Industry studies find home-services phone leads close around 46%, while directory web forms convert under 2% — roughly a 20-to-1 difference in real work.
Active vs. passive
A directory listing is a mailbox you hope someone drops a note in. 833-FIXED-RV puts a ready-to-book RV owner on your phone, live, the moment their rig is down. One is waiting to be found. The other is going and getting it.
That’s the difference between hoping for work and building a business.

Billing
Simple, pay-per-referral billing
You only pay when we send you a real job. Here’s exactly how it works — no fine print.
No fees to join
No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no contracts. Nothing to cancel.
Only pay for results
You’re charged a referral fee only when we hand you a real, ready-to-book lead — never for clicks or a subscription.
Automatic, card on file
Keep a card on file and billing just works — no invoices to chase. Cards are handled by Stripe; we never see your number.
No surprises
You’ll review and accept your exact rates — they vary by job type — during onboarding, before anything is ever charged.
You’ll see your exact rates, which vary by job type, during sign-up. No account yet? No password to create — we email you a link to get started.
What a lead costs
One flat referral fee per lead you accept — between $15 and $99, depending on the type of work. The fee tracks the typical value of the work in each category: lockouts, fixtures and small plumbing calls sit at the bottom of that range, while body work, engine and transmission jobs, water damage and major appliances sit at the top. If several categories apply to one referral, you’re billed the single highest rate — never stacked.
No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no contract. In a month we send you nothing, you pay nothing.
Where your fee goes
Everything that happens before your phone rings.
A directory hands out phone numbers. This fee covers the work that turns an ad into a customer already on the line — qualified, located, and waiting to talk to you.
- We buy the ads. Google, maps and search placement across your area — paid for months before a single call comes in.
- We answer 24/7. Every call picked up live, nights, weekends and holidays. Never a voicemail, never a queue.
- We qualify before you ring. Problem, rig and location confirmed first — so the job is real before your phone lights up.
- The job is yours alone. We hand a call to one shop — the one who takes it. The moment you accept, every other line stops ringing. We never sell the same job to three shops and let you race each other to the phone.
- We pay for the calls you turn down, too. Most offers we make are declined or never answered. The ad, the answering and the dial are all paid for by then — and none of it reaches your invoice. You're charged only for the leads you say yes to.
Want the fee for every job type?
The partner brochure lists our current rate for every category we route, plus how second-chance leads work. Tell us where to send it and it’s yours.
Get the brochure with every rateYou’ll see and confirm your exact rates — they vary by job type — during signup, before anything can be charged. You only pay when you accept a lead — decline it, or miss the call, and there’s no charge. Work outside the categories or service area you choose can be disputed within 14 days at no cost.
Second-chance leads
The calls other shops never hear about
Not every caller gets connected on the first try. Those jobs don’t disappear — they’re offered back out to partners at a lower flat fee than a live handoff.
A call we couldn't place
An RV owner calls, we try the pros who cover that work, and nobody picks up in time. Normally that caller is just lost.
We offer it back out
Instead of dropping it, we send the lead to eligible partners by email. Text alerts are coming soon — email is how they arrive today.
First to accept takes it
Accept and you get the customer's name and number right away, plus we call them from the number they already recognise and try to connect you.
It’s optional and priced below a normal referral. What you’re buying is the customer’s contact details plus our attempt to bridge the call — whether that attempt connects isn’t guaranteed, which is why it costs less. You choose whether to join, you see your exact rate before you do, and you can leave any time without affecting your normal referrals.

Who’s behind this
An RV parts company, not a lead broker.
833-FIXED-RV is a Schwalm Inc. company. We’ve been in the RV business for nearly 50 years — parts, water systems, camping gear — and we’ve spent all of it on the same side of the counter as you.
We built this line because RV owners kept calling our parts businesses looking for someone to do the work. Sending them to a directory wasn’t good enough, so we answer the phone ourselves and hand the call to a real shop. When a caller needs parts instead of labor, we hand them to AnyRVParts — also us.

Questions? We’ve got answers
Partner FAQ
The short version of how billing works. Have a question we haven’t covered? Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
Am I charged per lead, or only when I win the job?
Per lead. Your first 3 calls are free. After that, the referral fee is charged when you accept a connected caller — it's a flat fee for the introduction, not a commission on the work. If you quote the job and the customer goes elsewhere, or the repair turns out bigger or smaller than expected, the fee doesn't change and we never take a percentage of your invoice. You're only ever charged for leads you accepted: decline a call, or miss it, and there's nothing to pay.
Are there any signup or monthly fees?
No. There’s no signup fee and no monthly fee. You only pay a referral fee when we send you a lead — if we don’t send you anything, you’re not charged.
How does the card-on-file billing work?
You add a card when you join. It's processed and stored by Stripe — the card fields are hosted by them, so your number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers. We never see or store it; all we keep is the brand and last four digits. When we warm-transfer a qualified caller to you, Your first 3 calls are free. After that, we charge your agreed referral fee for that job type to the card about an hour later — never up front, no invoices. Every referral and charge shows on your dashboard.
What counts as a referral I’ll be charged for?
A caller who phoned 833-FIXED-RV, confirmed their RV problem, gave us their location and contact details, and was handed off to you for a service you cover in your area. The fee applies to that handoff — the caller doesn’t have to book, and doesn’t have to complete the repair.
What if a referral isn’t a fit, or the lead doesn’t pan out?
You can dispute any referral within 14 days from your dashboard. Referrals outside your categories or area are credited automatically; other issues go to a quick review and are credited if valid. You’re never on the hook for a referral we shouldn’t have sent.
How does the 4× return guarantee work?
Across every 10 referrals you accept and make contact on, we guarantee at least 4× the referral fees you paid, measured in gross invoiced work on those jobs. Send us the invoices or repair orders, we’ll match them to the referrals we handed you, and if it came up short we refund the difference — up to every fee you paid, so you can’t end up down money. It’s counted per 10 accepted referrals rather than per calendar month, so there’s no quota to hit. It doesn’t cover calls you never answered, never returned, or turned down.
